transferring Outlook contacts from one computer to another

From the past discussion questions, I guess I need to copy the file to a flash drive. How? Where do I find the file on the laptop Default location and name: C:\Documents and Settings\{Your User Name here}\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst and how do I copy it? Just like any other file....but ensure that Outlook is closed first.
