I have entered all of my contacts into Outlook2000 on my laptop. Now, I want
to move them to my desktop computer. From the past discussion questions, I guess I need to copy the file to a flash drive. How? Where do I find the file on the laptop and how do I copy it? |

Just like any other file....but ensure that Outlook is closed first. |

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored. Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer: http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm http://www.howto-outlook.com/Howto/backupandrestore.htm http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...771141033.aspx -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "treblecats" wrote in message ...
