Default forwarding contacts: recipients can only see the note part

Forwarding contacts from outlook over server: suddenly the recipients can
only see the notepart of the general tab from the contact. How to change that
they can see all details? It looks that's a server problem. both workstations
give the same result when forwadring a contact. Aprreciate if someone knows
the answer. thanks in advance
