Default Why did my business contacts and accounts disappear?

My whole business contacts and accounts lists disappeared. One day they were
there, the next day they were gone.

I'm using Outllook 2003 w/Business Contact Manager. Could the files be
somewhere in cyberland where I can restore them?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Debra
