Outlook 2003 SP2 / Exchange Server

My assistant has created a custom contact form for our buyer and seller
customers. I have noticed a few things regarding this that have raised some
questions for me.

If this is not the right place for a forms question - albeit a Contact form
- if I can please get direction to a news group that is appropriate to find
an answer, that will be great too. At least I will have my questions
documneted for a copy and paste. If I can get a weblink as well as a server
to subscribe to a forms news group that would be great because only
occasionally do I get utilize OE as a news reader.

Anywho - here goes my questions - any help and/or direction is appreciated
as always, everyone here is awesome:

A) I have noticed the icon for the custom form Contacts have changed to a
pushpin notepad looking icon. This is good for now so I can differentiate -
but if I can get my following questions remedied I may want to change them
all to the default Contact icon. Any way to do this? If so, how?

B) I give my assistant much kudos for figuring out how to modify forms and
undertaking the task. However, her forms are not very "sleek" looking (rough
around the edges), including the form now having a bottom slide bar to see
all the user defined fields she added on the General tab.

B1) I have heard you shouldn't mess with the General tab? Why and is
it ok that she has?

I would like to correct the forms myself. Can they be edited, or do you
need a whole new form and migrate each Contact to the new form one at a time.
This would not seem optimal. I am hoping if you edit a particular form, all
Contacts using that form will be "updated" automatically.

C) Is there any way to make a particular Contact form the default for a
certain kind of Contact? I suppose it is easy enough to load the appropriate
form for the particular kind of Contact. I do not think a rule would work
because I prefer to keep all Contacts in the defualt Contact folder so they
all Sync to my Pocket PC. Multple folders/rules probably wouldn't be an
adequate solution for a default contact form even if it were an option. I
use Categories and lots of them to break down my Contact list appropriately.

D) Not sure if it is important to mention, but these forms are not
published in the Standard Forms Library, the are published to an Exchange
Server location so we can pull them down from any PC or mobile solution we
use with an Outlook client, as well as Outlook Web Access.

From my relatively limited experience with designing and using custom forms,
I'd say most of the things you're asking about are doable and may even be
easy (like changing the default icon for a new form). However, I suggest
