Running Outlook 2007 - I am creating new journal entries (notes) by contact.
So I right-click a contact, select Create New Journal Entry for Contact. I go look at the Journal folder, and its there. I go back to the contact, clcik on Activities - they show up. Close the contact, re-open, do the same thing - NO journal entries appear! And it appears to be random. Go back out of the contact, go back in, do the same thing, and low and behold, the journal entries MIGHT show up. They always appear in the Journal folder. I have run the Office diagnostics - no errors at all. Outlook.exe is ver. 12.0.6023.5000 MSPST32.DLL is ver. 12.0.6024.5000 Please help - there appears to be no rhyme or reason for when the Journal entries are displayed in the contact. |
