I removed the profile via mail in control panel and created a new one. No
change, problem still there. I'm using exchange server does this affect the problem? Also using VISTA PRO 32 Thanks "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: The "file" is not corrupt. The profile is. The ability to remove the Outlook Address Book directly from an open profile
was overlooked and is no longer possible in Outlook 2007. There would be no need to remove it unless it wasn't working, in which case you must create a new profile to restore it. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "ragnar" wrote in message news ![]() I removed the profile via mail in control panel and created a new one.
