We have MS Server 2003 and XP 2003. We just recently moved all the contacts
to the public folder. Not only have I realized that we cannot share our activities (which was the whole purpose of using public folder, so I thought), now I am having problems assigning activities to more than one user. i.e. I assign the activities for the owners computer, then turn on activities for the office managers computer and it turns off the owners activities. This is just the tip of the iceberg with problems. |
