Outlook profiles / sync contacts to smartphone
Had to reload office due to Word issues. Outlook was reinstalled as well.
All my contacts and calendar info was saved in the personal folders for each. Now I can not get my smartphone to sync via Active sync with Outlook. I get a a message the reads. cannot sync with the outlook profile you are using, because a different profile was previously set up. I also want to have all my personal folders to come up each time I open Outlook. I do not use Outlook for e-mail Any help would be appreciated. MR
