Default Outlook 2000 V-Card Notes

There are times when I need to show text in the notes section in the v-card.
I am the creator of the staff list in our office and I export the pst file to
our other offices. They in turn import the contacts (staff list). Someone
just told me that they can't see the notes even when they open the v-card. I
can't figure out why this would happen but, it is a concern because maybe
other staff members have the same problem.

Thanks for your help,
Minnie

Not sure if notes carried along with the contact data in a VCF (vCard file)
created in OL2000. The easiest way to check would be to create a vCard file
then open it in NotePad to see if the notes are there.

Hi Vince,

Yes, I can see the Notes in vCard. I also asked someone in our office that
has 2003 if they could read the notes in Outlook and yes, they can. I think
the person that can't see them has a glitch in their Outlook.

Thanks very much for your help.
Minnie
