No E-mail Accounts selection in Outlook 2000 Tools menu.
I want to delete some empty contact folder listings from the Outlook 2000
address book. Instructions from Microsoft say "Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts". There is no selection for E-mail Accounts in my Tools menu. ??????????

You did not post sufficient information. There were two completely different

Outlook 2000 has either ToolsAccounts (Internet Mail Only mode) or ToolsServices (Corporate/Workgroup mode). -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
