Default manage two address books

How to manage 2 address books?

I have 1 company wide contact list that we all have access to and can edit.

I have 1 personal contact list that only I can access.

I want to have both lists (combined or separate) appear on my phone when I
sync.

I think I need to "push" the business contacts to my personal contacts and
then sync my phone with my personal (which now has all the business contacts
in it as well)

Do I need to buy additional software to accomplish this "push"?
