Default Can't get "ChangeNames" module to unlock!!

If the author, Peter Merchant, or anyone else who knows this software could
help, I'd really appreciate it. I downloaded the demo version and used up the
limit then purchased the full version and downloaded it. I have tried on
several different computers uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting,
everything. Everytime I install the "full" version, and I try to execute a
global change to my contacts, a window prompts me to upgrade to the full
version indicating that I still only have the demo version.

Is there a reason that you would not contact the author directly for a
solution via the author's website (where the product was purchased)?
