How do you delete email addresses in global contact list

Default How do you delete email addresses in global contact list

How can i delete these addresses that apprear when entering the first letter
in the To: field of an email. They are not addresses stored in contact
folder. I am using outlook 2007. Help much appreciated.

Default How do you delete email addresses in global contact list

The Global address list (GAL) is populated by the Exchange server when mailboxes are created. You cannot delete these addresses from Outlook - they must be deleted from Exchange when the mailbox is deleted.

After furious head scratching, kellie asked:

Thanks Mily, they are a real nuisance I was hoping to be able to delete them.
