Unclear post.
Your Outlook version matters, not your OS. No version of Outlook has a "Contacts Box" on the R hand side of the screen. Explain what you mean and define your view. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Finance Guru" wrote in message ... Could someone please help. Hi Russ,
I am currently using Outlook 2003 once I have opened outlook on the right hand side i Have the following Calender Contacts Tasks I I click on 'Contacts' then as my original post says it displays two separate 'contacts' of identical names, which to me as 'non techie' appears strange. I hope this helps Kind regards "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Unclear post. Your Outlook version matters, not your OS. You appear to be referring to the Navigation Pane which is on the left hand
side of the screen, not the right. If 2 Contact Folders appear, then you have 2 Contact Folders. Only you can explain why. We didn't do it. Outlook didn't do it. You did. We'll await your clarification. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Finance Guru" wrote in message news ![]() Hi Russ, I am currently using Outlook 2003 once I have opened outlook on the right hand side i Have the following Calender Contacts Tasks I I click on 'Contacts' then as my original post says it displays two separate 'contacts' of identical names, which to me as 'non techie' appears strange. Yes sorry the navigation panes are on the left. As to why I have 2 contacts
with the same name,i have no idea as to how they have arisen. My experience of outlook is sinmply sending/receiving emails. My question was how do i get rid of the empty one without causing myself any further problems. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Unclear post. Your Outlook version matters, not your OS. You can delete any folder other than the default.
