I have just completed the setup of a new domain (NT to W2003). Clients use
OE 6. I used the "Files & Settings Transfer Wizard" to copy the local profile information to the new profile (ex name.old to name.new). The only problem I have had has been with email. There were some issues where addresses were not copied over, but that was easy to fix. I am still having a couple of issues I need help with..... One user no longer has "contacts". Their contact information is now found under "addresses". When I move the PC back to the old domain, I have contacts. This user would like for their OE to be the same. How can I have the data in their "addresses" be displayed under "contacts"? On another user, she only has the main identity, but she has two internet mail accounts. She reportedly had a separate contacts list for each account. Now all of her contacts have been merged into one "contacts" list. Is there a way for me to divide her contacts into multiple "contacts"?
