Not entirely sure what your exact question is vis-a-vis importing email
addresses versus no names so in the interests of saving time and minizing
number of posts - a generic response:

#1 - To import into Outlook - use Outlook's import/export function. Make
sure that you have a "named range" defined in the Excel worksheet that
covers the info you want to import. If your first row in the Excel worksheet
is not a "header" row defining the column names - be sure to add one and
include it in the "named range". If not comfortable with "named range" names
in Excel (see Excel help file for adding a "named range" - just save the
file as a CSV file and import that.

#2 - Unless you want a whole whack of contacts with no names, suggest you
add these to the Excel worksheet before importing - would be a whole lot
faster and easier then doing it "after the fact". Add a minimum of 2 columns
to your worksheet (First & Last Name) - or whatever parts of the Full Name
you want to import (you can also get away with having only one column for
the name - label it FullName for ease of reference). Fill in the blanks,
make sure you change the Excel "named range" accordingly to include new
columns or save updated worksheet as a CSV file.
