Default Outlook 2002 contacts and notes to Imac/Leopard

I have a windows based computer(xp) os. I have over 700 contacts in
my Office small business edition. I also have valuable information on
my calendar.

Is there any way to bring over to the new Imac these 700
contacts(addresses, etc) with notes? calendar to Imac?

I also have several thousand emails in Outlook Express 6? How can I
bring them to the Imac?

Thanks.
