I hope I'm in the correct forum.
I use my contacts folder as a source of inputting addresses when inside Word. When I type a name the purple dotted line appears then I can click the smart tag and choose to insert the address. However, when I use the name, "Garry" it doesn't recognise the name, either as a name or the contact in Outlook. I have noticed this before with other names. Is there a way around this, so that any/every name can be recognised as a name? Thanks |
