I have followed other instructions found on board about viewing contacts by
catagory and then using 'action' to create new message. All that works fine except many of the emails I need to send to, the contacts have 2 - 3 emails. When I create the email as above, those with more than one email in their record do not all get added. What else can I do? JWB |

Nothing. Behaving as designed. That is the behavior most users want since
there is usually little reason to send the same email to a Contact more than once. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "jwb" wrote in message ... Then you would either need to create a separate Contact record for each
email address or use a less robust method for grouping recipients, like a Distribution List. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "jwb" wrote in message ... ok, fair enough.... but I have a need to send to mulitiple emails per person.
