Russ - Journaling has become one of the most important features for me in
Outlook to track and recall my activities during the day. Microsoft should enhance journaling functionality. Microsoft, you have my phone number - feel free to contact me. Many years ago, as I recall, I ran into one of your Outlook product mgrs at COMDEX and made some comments not too long after which Outlook improved significantly. While I like to think I helped play a role in this, more important to me is that MS is hearing what I am sharing. Explain what Journaling does for you that you cannot do with Activities.
