Default I would like to add a field into Outlook that I can later have printed on an Address Label

I have made a subfolder in Contacts which contains about 250 names and
addresses of club members. I've been printing out labels for address just
fine for club mailings. The treasure of the club would like me to add a
field to Outlook (v. 2002) where she can input the year members are paid up
through. This way, when the members receive their mailings they can tell
from their address label if they are current. I envision only this field
showing something like "08" or "2008".

Thanks in advance.
