You neglected to specify the view to which you are referring. You can
customize any view of the Contacts Folder you want except the address book, which of course would have no need for any of those fields. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "VinnieR" wrote in message ... I just saw this post as I was searching for some help with OUtlook 2007....
How can I change the sort order in the address book? I recently upgraded to 2007 from 2000.. I have all my contacts set up as last name, first name but the "NAME" field which apparently determines the sort order is not available to me to edit (I've tried and am unable to edit this field within the contact.... so some names are listed firstname/lastname (carry over from Outlook 2000), and others are lastname,firstname....CAN I change this to sort the way I want? Thanks! Ann "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: You neglected to specify the view to which you are referring.
