How to Back up Contacts
'Help' instruction are very clear: 1) " On the File Menu, click Import and
Export"...Except there's no "import and export" in my File menue. Stuck at step one - Now what?

Did you install the import/export options?

How to Back up Contacts
Moreover, you would never use export to backup Contacts. They are already in
