Default Global Contacts and sharing

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Microsoft Exchange Server. Is there a way that I
can also update my bosses Contact file when I add or update the Global
addresses in the Public folder? I don't need to update my own contacts, just
the boss.

Buying a tool that will sync the two folders is one way.

Thanks, Brian. I work for a small non-profit; no new toys for me.
