I have some contacts with multiple addresses and I would like to see the
E-mail address next to the File As field when I open Contacts. I have arranged the "E-mail" column next to "File As" but in almost all cases it shows the same name as in the File AS field. The E-mail address is properly entered on the contact card. What am I doing wrong? I am using Outlook 2003 on Vista |
