Default How do I fix spacing

Can anyone please tell me why when I send an email that there is a gap like
you see below between the salutation line and the beginning of the body of
the email? I didn't create it that way. I always leave two spaces below "Dear
" and where the body of the message starts but when people receive it I've
got this extra couple of spaces added? Are my settings incorrect. I send it
out that way but it seems to come out that way every single time, even when I
send a test message to myself. Thank you.

Mark
