My contacts don't appear in my address book. How do I resolve that?

By configuring your address book view. We can't tell you how, because you
did not provide your Outlook version. Instructions are posted here daily.
I'm sure you can find some that match your version.

Can't you just help me resolve this problem? I tried to click the check box
in View in address book properties, but it's grayed out...HELP!
