I woke up some mornings ago and discovered that Microsoft had insalled an
entire new system (not sure if it was only Outlood email program). Ever since, I have not been able to use my email and I am accustomed. It has all kinds of features which seem good for a business person but I'm a grandma in her 70's who has had 2 strokes, and all this new email stuff has me buffaloed. BIGGEST PROBLEM: i CAN'T SET UP INDIVIDUAL FILES WHERE I CAN SORE EMAILS THAT COME IN FROM DEARLY LOVED CORRESPONDENTS. Is this a normal prohibited feature of the new Outlood program? Is there any way I can get my old program back? I had to sign up for an account again in order to get into my email, and felt I had no choice? Why can MSFT do this to a customer without asking if I want it? Thank you for helping me. Banana Gramma |
