Sorting Issue
The order is in alphabetical order by Full Name (ie. essentially by first
name). You cannot change this. "Patrick" wrote in message ... I have created & named folders to store email names & addresses in Outlook. I have sorted them alphabetically by last name in the “email display as” column. But when I open them when sending email in “to:” they are not in alphabetical order. What do I need to do? -- Patrick

Sorting Issue
Not so. There are and always have been two options for sorting the Outlook
Address Book: 1. First, Last 2. File As... The latter almost invariably sorts by Last Name. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Castell" wrote in message ...
