I have created several views in Contact in the table form. I would like to
export this list of contacts to an excel spreadsheet. I was able to do this with Office 2002, but have not been able to with 2007. The closest I have come is to got to edit and "select all," then go to file and "save as," but my only option is to save as a .txt file. Said file does not preserve the formating of the office view either. Is there any way to do this? |

In every version of Outlook, the only thing you can export is a folder. In

Well, I used to do something like that with my old version, to keep a hard
copy of all my contacts, among other things. I'll have to get back on that computer and see what I did. Or maybe it's just that the formatting options have been decreased (or I can't find them on the ribbon) because I certainly can't print out lists in the same manner that I could with previous versions.
