Importing a CSV file
Hi,
I just got a Windows Vista system and have followed the steps to txfr my contacts from Yahoo Mail to Outlook. However, at the last step, importing the file, I have run into a roadblock. The Import/Export option under File is grayed out. I can't select it. Any idea what I might have done wrong? Something in the setup where I clicked something that deactivated the import/export option? Any help would be much appreciated.
