When importing contacts from excel how do you change the mapping labels in
the Dialogue Box. I want to re-name them to suit the Information Headings in my spreadsheet. |

Which dialog box exactly are you referring to? Outlook's "Map Custom Fields"
Dialog where Outlook displays it's field names to which you map your input data fields? If that's the case - the answer is "you don't" - or to answer the question another way, there is no provision anywhere in Outlook (any version) that allows you to individually change any of it's standard field names under any circumstances.
