Cannot edit OL 2000 PAB in OL2003
I have a personal address book created with OL 2000, after upgraded the
client to OL 2003, PAB can ne opened. However some contacts created before with OL 2000 cannot be edit and new contacts does.

Copy all the contacts from the PAB to
using File, Import.
