Default How do I have contacts in public folder auto pull journal entries?

Currently all of the business prospects are in a public folder and when cold
calls are made journal entries are made. The journal entries dont auto pull
into the contact when they are added and instead they are added to the users
personal journal and they have to manually drag and drop them onto the
contacts
