I am using Outlook 2003 and office XP Pro. I have copied some of my office
contacts from the global address book to my contacts list. This brings the file in as type EX. I download my contacts to my PDA and also to my personal computer so when I am not on the company "system" the EX does not work. I've tried replacing the EX e-mail name with the SMTP address (with the domain and all). The new format takes, but the e-mail type is still EX. I have tried making a new contact and just typing the information in directly, but it still converts back to the EX. Can I change this so all my e-mails can use these contacts whether I'm on the company net or not? -- Thanx |
