Moving Contacts from XP computer to Vista computer
I would like to move my calendar, contacts, and notes from my work computer
(XP operating system) to my home computer (Vista). How do I do this?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
