have created a number of job folders in my outlook 2007 inbox.
my question is first, how do I attach the folder to email being send as group list, without having to zip the job folder? Sometime it allow me to attach as a note. other time, I need to add each email in the job folder. |

Outlook folders are not Windows file system objects and cannot be zipped. Moreover, you cannot attach an Outlook folder to an outgoing message, except an an internal link (.xnk) and then I doubt the recipient could open the link and see your data. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
