Is there a solution as to hide the (Business Fax) text in the recipients name
field when sending a fax using Microsoft Fax Console? I use Outlook 2007 on an XP Pro machine with SP2 and have my contacts email and fax addresses stored there; but whenever I send a fax it comes up with the recipients name followed by (Business Fax). I use a custom made template for the cover page and have {Recipient's Name} as the To field and {recipient's Fax #} as the number. One solution is to edit the name and delete the (Business fax) bit everytime I send a fax; or a solution was found where you changed the Contab32.dll - which works fine for the faxes, but did not show my address list when sending an email. Now reverted back to my original Contab32.dll and back to problem with faxes; well not a problem more a nuisance. Any help would be appreciated. -- Richard A |

Manually editing the Email Display as field is the only way. That field is
of so little consequence, I've never seen anyone who felt the need to do so. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Richard A" wrote in message ...
