The 'select names' dialog box shows fax numbers for all our company contacts.
I noticed that it does not do this on my coworker's computer, so there must be a way to remove the fax numbers from my 'select names' dialog box. does anyone know how?? THANK YOU!!!! |

Only if you don't include them in the contact records, you specify them in such a way that Outlook cannot recognize them as fax numbers (perhaps by adding the letter "F" in front of the fax numbers), or by using a third-party tool like http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/toolb...x_numbers.html -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
