Default Export from Excel use with Windows fax scan

I have converted my excel table into .cvs and if has imported correctly to
Outlook, just that when i attempt access the contact from Outlook or Windows
Fax and Scan the contact does not have a Business Fax contact line. How do i
avoid having going one by one and activating the Business Fax line and
defining a correct area code to be able to create a DL to then mass fax?
Thank you
PS. Outlook 2007, Excel 2007
