I am on an office network. We can give each other permission to share our contacts folder. Is it possible for co-workers to see folders that are WITHIN the contact folder? Not DL's, but actual folders. The question comes up because we have muptiple DL's that we want to share, but don't want to store these in our contacts folder, because then co-workers have access to the entire list of contacts in the contacts folder, and not just the DL's. Right now we're using a work-around. Storing the DL's in the contact folder, and our list of contacts in a sub-folder within the contact's folder. Thanks for ideas . . . -- William |
