Is there a way to keep the fax numbers for Contacts out of the Select Names
window (address book?) when I click "To" when composing e-mail? I know I can buy some utility that can do this, as I understand it, by tricking OL into not recognizing fax numbers as e-mail addresses. We frequently end up sending the occasional important e-mail to somebody's fax number, which naturally means he gets neither the message nor the fax. |
