Hello,
I have Outlook at home and work. My setup at home automatically has the company or full name field selected (highlighted) when I open contacts. However, my machine at work requires that I press control (I think...but memory fails)+tab to highlight the company or full name field. I can't for the life of me figure out how to change this feature. I want them both to work like home, as when it is pre-highlighted, I can alpha search with fewer keystrokes. Thanks for your help. On ToolsOptionsOtherAdvanced Options, what startup folder do you have specified? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

I have the same problem and it doesn't matter which startup folder I choose.
When I go to contacts I have to press "ctrl+tab" to get the first contact highlighted. I do know I must have done some change somewhere since it only started to do this a few days ago. Thanks in advance. -- Regards Stokholm "Brian Tillman" skrev: DG wrote: I have Outlook at home and work.
