Question for you fine folks. I'm working with a user who is a full delegate
for one of our VPs. Just recently, all contacts that she creates from her PC in his Contacts list have ultimately become marked as Private, within a few seconds after being created, even though the Private field is not checked when actually creating the contact. This prohibits her from then seeing and using that contact in the future. I've done some tests with this and am able to see the test contact appear for a few seconds in his contact list before disappearing. When checking from his account, the contacts somehow became marked as Private. I believe that both systems are Windows XP with Office 2003 but am in the process of verifying in case I am incorrect. Any thoughts or ideas on this? I have not been successful in searching the Knowledge Base or other locations. |
