We are currently using Office 2003 in an exchange environment.
I am supporting a User is having a problem. Person A has shared her contacts. Person B is adding Person A's contacts to her outlook. Previously when person B was composing a new email she was able to click New click on "To" (or CC or BCC) and the in the drop down list on the right default name is "Global Address List" person B would see person A's addresses in the list. now typically if you want to add your own address book to that drop down list you would right button click on your contact - "properties" - "outlook Address Book" tab and then tick "Show This folder as an email address book" However when you follow the same steps on the shared contact the tab is not available. I have tried numerous methods to try and fix this but with no prevail. If any one has any possible solutions it would be much appreciated. |
