Mail Merge Sending Issue
Hi Guys,
I have a user that has done a mail merger of 1000+ recipients. She has followed the mail merge wizard correctly within Outlook 2003. She now has all the mail merged e-mailes in folders alphabetically within her inbox in order to copy over to her outbox whilst in offline mode in order to send all at once by using the (F9) send receive action. The problem is this when she moves the e-mails into the outbox whilst in offline mode and then hit's F9 or clicks on Send/Recieve it does not send them, they remain in the outbox, even though she does connect with the Exchange box and it does send receive. Any thoughts
