Default Excel to outlook translator required

Can I download the required excel to outlook translator from the microsoft
website? I've looked everywhere.

I have my fathers old laptop, ex-works, he has no discs and it keeps asking
me to install the required converter.

Office install CDs are easy to come by on eBay.

Failing finding the install CDs - 2 other options that will solve your
problem in the immediate term are (there are others):

one-time or casual requirement (product not related to us - provided for
