Default Contacts Full Name field

I have created a word document and I am trying to mail merge my outlook
contacts into it, which is all fine except for my unmarried contacts! I want
the address box to have their full name inc initial "Mr A Smith & Mrs J
Bloggs" but I want the Dear.... to be "Mr Smith & Mrs Bloggs" with no
initials!! Do you know how I input their details in the full name field in
outlook contacts for this to work??
