How do do keep OUTLOOK from checking names on outgoing.
When I try sending an outgoing email to a list, the name checker won't allow
it without manually adding every name to the contacts file. I have tried turning off the "name checker", but no luck yet.

Are you running an Add-On software package that checks names? Maybe Plaxo or

How do do keep OUTLOOK from checking names on outgoing.
it doesn't make you add them to contacts but if the address is not formatted
correctly, it will come up and one of the options is to create a contact.
